Windfarm Two is located in northern Lithuania, close to Naujoji Akmenė, around 20 km south of the Latvian border and around 280 km northwest of the country’s capital Vilnius. The Project has reached the main permitting milestones by obtaining the development permit and the construction permit for wind turbines.
